Room service communication fell flat, almost like trying to navigate the Kessel Run blindfolded, complicating what should've been simple requests. Finally, the breakfast area could really use more staff during peak times to mitigate the chaos.

I loved staying here for five nights as it provided such a good base for exploring the Denver Art Museum just a 10-minute stroll away and enjoying peaceful moments at Civic Center Park, which was about a 15-minute walk. the rooms were very nice and comfortable, making it a great choice for solo travelers who appreciate spacious and well-equipped accommodations.
